Practicing Yoga since 2009.

I am a certified Yoga instructor, and I have been practicing Qigong since 2014. I trained with Master Lee Holden, an instructor in Qigong, meditation, and Tai Chi. I received basic knowledge of Ayurveda from an experienced practicing Ayurvedic physician. I also have a first-degree Reiki certification.

Everyone desires happiness and good health, but each of us has a dark corner where all the emotional garbage, traumas, fears, and doubts accumulate—the obstacles that hinder us. Meeting ourselves is often unpleasant, but honesty with ourselves is necessary. It is essential to take a step towards ourselves. Without that, there will be no breakthrough. I will push you to meet yourself. What happens next? It is up to you.

My Yoga practice

Yoga for Everyone!

My teaching practice focuses on classical Hatha Yoga suitable for any level of proficiency, from beginners to advanced practitioners. My classes include theory and practice on many aspects: yoga therapy, injury prevention, muscle and joint work, stretches, bends, twists and inversions.

Personalized Approach

The individual abilities and current physical preparation of my students are of primary importance to me. Therefore, I tailor the sequence of asanas to these specifics, harmoniously developing my students’ practice and moving towards more advanced poses. By paying attention to each student, I help them correctly align the poses (asanas), regulate their breathing, and explain the principle of the body’s work in each position and all its subtle aspects. Such an approach allows deepening knowledge of both physiological and psychological aspects.

Theory of Asanas and Pranayama

Special importance is given to breathing. In my classes, I add theory and practice of pranayama techniques that strengthen the respiratory muscles and explain the benefits of proper breathing, which gives rejuvenation and longevity. My classes aim to develop a full and conscious understanding of the interconnected processes that occur in the body at physical, mental, and spiritual levels. I am always open and happy to answer questions and requests from my students, whether it is advanced asana practice, meditative techniques, or related practices such as Reiki, Qigong, or advice on healthy eating (Ayurveda).
